About the Role
Opensofttrends is hiring expert part-time trainers to deliver offline, in-campus training sessions for university students. We conduct 310 day intensive training programs (sometimes longer), and we are looking for industry professionals who can teach Cyber Security : Information Security, Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing, IT Application Security, Information Security Fundamentals, IT network security.
This is an excellent opportunity for working professionals, researchers, and academic experts who want to teach in short-duration training programs while earning attractive per-day compensation.
Training Responsibilities
Deliver offline, classroom-based sessions at partner college/university campuses
Conduct hands-on, practical training across your subject expertise
Teach up to 6 hours per day, as per the university's schedule
Provide real-world case studies, examples, and interactive workshops
Guide students through exercises, projects, and doubt-clearing sessions
Ensure high-quality teaching and engagement throughout the training
Prepare any additional teaching aids or materials if needed
Subject Areas (Choose Any You Can Teach)
We are hiring trainers proficient in one or more of the following domains:
Information Security
Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing
IT Application Security
Information Security Fundamentals
IT network security
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on industry or academic experience
Strong command over the subject with practical exposure
Ability to explain concepts clearly to students
Prior teaching/training experience is preferred
Excellent communication, classroom management & presentation skills
Willingness to travel (Travel & Accommodation will be provided)
Work Schedule
Trainings conducted offline at college campuses
Duration: 310 days per session (may extend based on requirement)
Daily teaching: Up to 6 hours
Multiple training engagements available throughout the year
Compensation
Attractive fixed per-day payment for each training day
